The operation schedale may draw on the following phases:

• Incision
• Turning
• Internal and external threads
• Drilling
• Milling
• Cylinder bore
• Test in progress
• Adjustment
• Processings ( with nichel, chromium plating, with zinc, with cement, other)
• Final test
• Packaging
• Sending

From a logistic point of view the phases can be summarized in the following way:

• The commercial area acquires the costomer’s order after negotiation
• Supplying of the material for the follow-through of the order
• Sending of th operation schedule to the production area after a carefully planned activity
• Manufacturing as ordered, by means of some of the described phases; everything is integrated with a check in progress
• Final check and test of conformity
• Packaging
• Delivery
